Mr. Mencia joined our firm in 2006 as an intern, while attending high school fulltime.  He has since graduated and is pursuing a degree in Architecture attending Hagerstown Community College, before transferring to an accredited Architectural School.  Mr. Mencia also serves as the Webmaster for the firms website.
